Recently we had an issue with our DE filter. After attempting to troubleshoot the problem myself (without complete resolution) I called AZ's Best. After getting Jerry on the phone he said he was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes. To his word he did just that. In addition, he went out of his way to stop by the same day and inspect what I had done. Needless to say he didn't find anything wrong and left me with a few suggestions. After following his advice my problem was fixed. What I was most shocked about was he didn't charge me for his time. I was - and still am - in awe.
